These beta terms define responsible use of the CLXAI member platform.
Membership, referrals, points, tasks, wallet verification, public-address submissions and community participation do not represent an investment, ownership right, financial return or guaranteed token allocation.
Registration is a request, not automatic acceptance. CLXAI may approve, refuse, suspend or close access to protect the project and its community. Each person may create only their own account and must keep login credentials private.
Do not impersonate others, automate abusive requests, probe security controls, submit unlawful content, manipulate participation or referral records, create self-referrals, verify or submit an address you do not control, replay signed challenges, or use the platform to solicit seed phrases, private keys, payments or guaranteed returns.
Roadmaps, tasks, referrals, rewards, airdrops, partnerships, energy concepts and platform features may change, be limited or remain unavailable. Published readiness labels and official addresses must be checked before any interaction.
A referral is not qualified by registration alone. Confirmed email, approved membership, signed wallet ownership, a waiting period, abuse review and explicit administrator approval may be required. The planned referral pool is limited, no reward is guaranteed and no website action automatically transfers tokens. Wallet verification signs text only and authorizes no transaction.
You may delete your account at any time, subject to accountability records for any completed distribution. CLXAI may disable access following abuse, security concerns or material violation of these terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
